Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of amitail.com and any purchase you make from Amitail. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. WHO WE ARE

Amitail sells daily supplements for dogs. We ship to addresses within the United States. All prices are in US dollars.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

3. PRODUCTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Our products are supplements for dogs. They are not medicines.

- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Content on the site, including articles, guides and customer stories, is for general information only.

Talk to your veterinarian before giving your dog any supplement, and especially if your dog is pregnant or nursing, is taking medication, has a diagnosed condition, or is scheduled for surgery. If your dog has a reaction, stop use and contact your vet.

Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome for your dog.

4. ORDERS AND PRICING

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after you receive a confirmation, if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if the price or description was published in error. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices, promotions and product descriptions can change at any time without notice. A promotion applies only while it is shown on the site.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Some products are available on a recurring Subscribe and Save plan. Read this section before subscribing.

- When you start a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the schedule shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax and shipping. If we change that price, we will tell you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
- We send an email before each renewal charge.
- You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing: use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email or in your account, or email info@amitail.com and we will cancel it for you.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid that charge. If an order has already been processed, it is treated as a normal order under our Refund Policy.
- You can skip a delivery or pause a subscription instead of cancelling, from the same link.

6. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method and you authorize us to charge it for the full order amount, including tax and shipping.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 60-day money-back guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at info@amitail.com if you think someone else has access.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape or copy the site systematically, or to interfere with how the site works. We may suspend or end your access if you do.

10. REVIEWS AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU POST

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing.

You confirm that what you post is your own genuine experience, that you own it or have permission to post it, and that it is not false or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not delete reviews just because they are negative.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site, our brand, logo, text, photography, product formulas and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and our products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, our products or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amitail, its officers and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

17. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
