Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the US.

SHIPPING COST

Orders of 2 items or more ship free. Shipping on single-item orders is calculated at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions follow the same rule as one-off orders.

WHEN WE SHIP

Orders placed on a business day leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on a US public holiday go out on the next business day.

You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as the label is created. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, check your spam folder and then email info@amitail.com.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Delivery time is the processing time above plus the carrier's transit time, which is typically 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States.

These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time, and we have no control over that once the package is with the carrier.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT NOTHING ARRIVED

Before contacting us:
1. Check around the property — porch, side door, garage, bushes.
2. Ask anyone else at the address, and your neighbours.
3. Wait 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day early.

If it still has not turned up, email info@amitail.com within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will sort it out.

WRONG ADDRESS

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Check it carefully. If you spot a mistake, email info@amitail.com immediately — if the order has not shipped we will fix it for free.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will refund the product but not the original shipping, and you will need to place a new order.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Email info@amitail.com within 14 days with a photo of the box and the product. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.

TAXES

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address.
